Yesterday, I went to MYDIN USJ Mall to ‘Meet & Greet Session’ with Sarimah Ibrahim, the ambassador of DYNAMO Powder, a new product from P&G. Indeed a day well spend for Sunday, many shoppers has queue up before 12.30pm as they have going to meet and greet session with Sarimah Ibrahim, the ambassador of DYNAMO Powder.

It's the day where lucky 60 shoppers that get the chance to meet and greet, everyone is queue in line to have their photo taken with the ambassador. Indeed a good deal for shoppers as a housewife I know that we cannot escape the daily chores of washing clothes. The three days shopping 5 Jan to 7 Jan 2018, these 3 days, shoppers who have purchase RM30 in a single receipt of Dynamo products get the chance to meet and greet with Sarimah Ibrahim as well as bring home a luggage with goodie of Dynamo inside the luggage.

Chinese New Year soon, I can't wait to go MYDIN for shopping for groceries and stationery products. There's still time to shop for new year if you haven't.

My children are now studying Standard One and Six, yeah both will need stationery for their study. I shopped for Sean too for his school bags and stationery, now his little brother is same school as him.

Cooking Bubur Lambuk Program with MYDIN and ADABI

 Good day to everyone, to update you that by now that MYDIN now has total of 323 outlets in Malaysia after the opening of MYDIN CityONE, Kuching, Sarawak on 30 March 2017 and MYDIN Mart Padang Jaya, Shah Alam on 21 April 2017. This year MYDIN will be opening two more outlets at MYDIN Masjid India, Kaual Lumpur and MDYIN Vista Tunku, Kuching, Sarawak that be opening on coming August and September, the investment of opening four outlets MYDIN for this year cost half a billion.

Yesterday 3 June, 2017, a sunny Saturday, special thanks to MYDIN and ADABI for inviting us for the Cooking Bubur Lambuk Program with MYDIN and ADABI.

 The giving of bubur lambuk to shoppers are at the entrance of MYDIN MALL USJ. Local artisits also took part in the cooking bubur lambuk they are Shiha, Erni Zakri and @djninie_ibrahim from @selangorfm100.9. At the event also En Adrian Hj Roslan, Presiden Adabi Consumer.

Chinese New Year Open House MYDIN- SJ ECHO 2017

 It's a happening night last Friday, it's Chinese New Year Open House MYDIN- SJ ECHO 2017. This year is the 5th year where MYDIN and SJ ECHO has work closely together. SJ ECHO is local Subang Jaya community newspaper. As early as 6pm, many people regardless race come to MYDIN USJ to celebrate the Chinese New Year until 11.30 at night. 11.30pm is the last lucky draw held for the day for lucky shoppers.

Chinese New Year Open House MYDIN- SJ ECHO 2017, has welcome the representatives from local authorities Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) namely Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ), Police Daerah Subang Jaya, Bomba & Penyelamat Daerah Subang Jaya and other VIPs guests. Special guests 20 residents from Old Folks Home Seri Setia, Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya, watched the lion dance performance.

 The evening was raining and didn't stop the performance of lion dance. They are performance like dragon dance, wushu performance, fire eater, face mask changing performance. The lucky draw for lucky shoppers held every hour from 9.30pm. Lucky shoppers of Meriah MYDIN card entitled for the lucky draw with minimum spend of RM88 in a single receipt. The receipts of last minute submit was 7pm on 24 February 2017 at Information Counter of MYDIN USJ. It started from 17 February the receipts for submission by shoppers.The lucky draw sessions held in the same night.

Good evening to my readers, how do you spend your yesterday evening? I spend my time with MYDIN USJ, Subang Jaya. It's a Friday night, thank you MYDIN for inviting me to the Majlis Rumah Terbuka Raya MYDIN 2016, #GirangSyawalTiba. Happy 10th Anniversary to MYDIN USJ, it is the first hypermarket of MYDIN.

Five local artist also perform on the stage namely Tia Jimbara, Jimmy Screen, Nadia AF, Wani Mentor and Lan Kristal.

It's a happening night where you can enjoy the variety of food at the food kioks. With 20 food kioks available variety of food namely nasi hujan panas, lemang, nasi impit, ice cream, rendang, ketupat, kambing golek, satay and kuih muih. Dinner starts at 8pm where the food kioks open for public, many people waiting for their turn. This year Rumah Terbuka Raya is special as the food served are from product Industri Kecil Serderhana (IKS) like Sanabil Roti Bom, Faihah Forzen and Beras Juara that is same age as MYDIN USJ.

How do you spend your Saturday? I have a great time at MYDIN MALL USJ, Subang Jaya. This afternoon I attended the Darlie Senyuman Karnival with Ning Baizura & Back2Basixx, you can view more photos on my Facebook Fan page, click on the link to view. They are here in MYDIN MALL USJ this afternooon around 2.30pm.

Ning Baizura sang "Kau dan Aku" then second song 'Meriah Lebaran', third song 'Selamat Hari Raya' at Darlie Senyuman Karnival at MYDIN MALL USJ which is the last stop of the carnival. Before that the carnival was held in MYDIN BUKIT MERTAJAM on 17 - 19 June 2016.

Performance by Ning Baizura then Back2Basixx at MYDIN MALL USJ this afternoon is entertaining. It's a good opportunity for shoppers to meet the artists. Back2Basixx first song performance was 'Senyuman', second song performance 'Menjelang Hari Raya' and third song performance 'Bujang Lapok 2.0'.

P&G, MYDIN & WOMEN:girls LAUNCHED 2ND SEASON OF IBU NAKHODA HIDUP PROGRAMME

Procter & Gamble (P&G) Malaysia, Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd and Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kendiri Wanita dan Gadis (WOMEN:girls) today launched the second season of the Ibu Nakhoda Hidup 2016 programme with a series of roadshows starting from Mydin Mall in USJ Subang Jaya. The roadshows will then make its way to Kelantan, Terengganu, Johor and Penang from 15th April to 15th May. The Ibu Nakhoda Hidup programme was introduced in 2015 under P&G Malaysia and MYDIN’s Hulurkan Harapan Fund to support mothers who are aspiring entrepreneurs who envision expanding their businesses to a larger market.

The search for Ibu Nakhoda Hidup 2016 has reached out to community spaces around the Klang Valley such as Flat Sri Tioman in Taman Melati, Setapak; Pangsapuri Vista Angkasa in Kampung Kerinchi and PPR Seri Pantai in Pantai Dalam. The on-ground outreach sessions focused on engaging in discussions on obstacles, ways, opportunities and potential relating to the participant businesses. This year’s Ibu Nakhoda Hidup submission is open from 15th April until 30th of June 2016.

The Ibu Nakhoda Hidup programme was launched in May 2015 under the P&G and MYDIN’s Hulurkan Harapan Fund. The Hulurkan Harapan Fund was created in 2013 to help support initiatives championed by P&G. For the first two years, funds raised under the Hulurkan Harapan Fund have contributed towards helping children with special needs. In 2015, the Fund focused on supporting mothers who are entrepreneurs in scaling and expanding their businesses. Support given through the Hulurkan Harapan Fund have helped them in terms of providing them with machinery, equipment and business deals to promote their brands to a larger market. Five Ibu Nakhoda Hidup were chosen in 2015 – Ibsatulhaily Ibrahim, Farah Izyan, Ratna Adnan, Tengku Norhaslinda and Roziah Asman.

The Ibu Nakhoda Hidup 2015 alumni members, sat together with WOMEN:girls president, Ms. Low Ngai Yuen, and shared stories of their journeys at the event.

The #IbuNakhodaHidup campaign was also launched in conjunction with Mother’s Day and the public are encouraged to upload a picture of their mothers and share the stories about how their mothers are the navigators of their lives on Instagram to grab the chance to win ten limited edition Ibu Nakhoda Hidup washing machines.

Contest starts on the 15th of April and ends on the 15th of May 2016.

Raya Open House at MYDIN USJ

Yesterday Friday night, where have you been? I was invited to attend the Raya Open House at MYDIN USJ. 

Last year Raya Open House MYDIN 2014 was held in MYDIN MiTC, Melaka and MYDIN Meru Raya, Ipoh, Perak. This time, Raya Open House MYDIN 2015, Girang Syawal Tiba held in MYDIN USJ, Subang Jaya.

Performances like Street Magician, Junior Clown, Quiz, Lucky Draw, Stilt Walker, singing and local artists. 

They are 14 food stalls that serve variety of food namely hot raning rice (nasi hujan panas), rendang, tomato rice, Penang rojak, lontong, roasted lamb, ice cream, drinks, fruits, chicken soto (soto ayam), fried rice, ketupat and satay.

In addition to a variety of delicacies served with the food, the people who attended the open house was also entertained with various activities and the presence of renowned artists such as Adam Corrie homeland, Brave (winner Kamilah Bintang Astro), Siti Nordiana, Thalia Mentor, And Crystal, Aweera, Shaheizy Sam, Noorkhiriah, Azza Elite and Zul Yahya.
