Olay teams up with Shopee to empower digital-savvy millennials in Southeast Asia to #AdultFearlessly

P&G-owned skincare brand Olay partners with Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, to reach and engage with digital-savvy millennials in Southeast Asia with the launch of Adult Fearlessly campaign. The refreshed brand campaign will be held exclusively on Shopee, in line with Olay’s Super Brand Day across six markets, starting right now in Malaysia.

The campaign seeks to empower millennial women in their transition to adulthood by helping them overcome the perceived challenges of 'adulting' and invest in making good choices about their skincare needs.

A survey of more than 1,000 consumers in Southeast Asia revealed that 34% digital-savvy millennial consumers across the region are now more likely to shop online every week, as e-commerce becomes a key channel for consumers to meet their daily and lifestyle needs. As such, Olay has witnessed a shift from offline to online sales and wants to connect with more audiences online with this digital-led campaign.

Building on the past success of Olay and Shopee Super Brand Days, this new campaign will feature a co-created video, "Fearless with your choices", and exclusive promotions on Olay products to create an engaging online shopping experience.

Nivea Care Run 2017

A contribution of RM20,000 from NIVEA Care Run was presented to Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia (PENYAYANG) to support Malaysians in need.

Last Sunday morning, almost 2,500 Malaysians gathered at Putrajaya for the NIVEA Care Run, hosted by NIVEA Protect & Care, a gentle yet long-lasting deodorant designed to care for the underarm skin. Expanding on its theme, ‘Protects What You Care’ to include care to the community, a contribution of RM20,000 from the run was also donated to Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia (PENYAYANG), an established charity organisation that supports Malaysians in need.

To raise further awareness about underarm care, participants of the NIVEA Care Run were presented with plenty of skin facts such as the extent of skin damage caused by shaving and tweezing and how debris removed during shaving may contain up to 36% of skin*, shown via a skin test demonstration.

Other activities at the run included a “Protect & Care” pledge wall where participants could leave messages to express their care for loved ones, a PENYAYANG booth, lucky
draws and photo booths, with the presence of local celebrities Siti Saleha, Nadia Heng and Fiqrie.

Good day to everyone, it's going to be a busy week for me. I was told that son has got school's tuition for a week. He's also having tuition outside of school. Being a mom, I am in and out of the house often and I know important of taking care of my skin.

Pika Pika Sparkling Bright Tea Party

Last Saturday, I am invited to Pika Pika Sparking Bright Tea Party. I would like to thank Butterfly Project Malaysia and Watsons Malaysia for the invitation.

 Pika Pika Deep Cleansing range is new skin care from Japan. The products are made in Japan. The Pika Pika Sparking Bright Tea Party, we are advice to go with bare face or with minimal makeup as we do no mirror makeup challenge at the event.

 It was fun as seeing everyone with their makeup doing at the event. Yeah, Makeup With No Mirror Challenge and then we are excited as each table there's 8 of us.


 Everyone getting ready to have their makeup to put on. We bring our own waterproof makeup at the event. I have more photos taken on the camera, sadly I have wrongly clicked and deleted the photos.
 
 
 Sparkling Bright Fruity Cleansing Liquid 190ml (RM79)

First to wet face, pumped twice on palm, gently massage on to face to allow the makeup and impurities to melt off. Rinse thoroughly. We used this at the party, on hands before using it on the face.

 Sparkling Bright Hot & Cool Cleansing Gel 35g.
When applied it on the face, first feeling warm then feeling cool. I like it, as it didn't give me any uncomfortable feeling.

Happy Birthday Butterflies X Jerlynn'L

 Excited as I have registered for the Butterfly Birthday Butterflies x Jerlynn'L, I received an email from Tammy that I have been selected to attend the private party with 50 butterflies. The party is held at 3pm at Hello Deer, Damansara Uptown. This is the Butterfly Project Malaysia's 4th birthday, it's good to spend time with lovely butterflies bloggers at the event.

 Thanks to Tammy for organizing this fun birthday party and we have so much fun. I have do-it-myself some decoration on my flowery top. It's yellow theme and you can scroll to see many beautiful dresses and even a beast with yellow eyelashes.

 Jerlynn'L is inspired from a male Chidori bird, which spends a big part of its life away from the family in search of a safe place to build the family nest. The father bird would give his life to raise his family and protect them from predators. Bug No More is in Red color, that's nice repellent I used to chase bug away! The bottle packaging is easy travel size, one of the top selling product of Jerlynn'L, it contains natural extract from Citronella, Spearmint, Basil, Lavender and Rosemary to help preventing bug or insect bites. Unlike other mosquito repellent with strong smell and thick texture, some people didn't like the smell of that. Bug No More comes with natural lemongrass fragrance and non-sticky to skin with effect lasts for 3 hours. It also contains Allantoin which acts as anti-irritant agents, at the same time smoothen the skin and promote would healing. However it's not suitable to spray on open wound!
