‘Hijab’ is a religious and symbolic identity of majority of the women in Malaysia and Hijabers face unique hair concerns beneath the veil every day. To address these concerns, P&G Rejoice scientists have interviewed hundreds of consumers and found that there is a considerable increase in temperature and humidity in the head region under the veil versus outside in their recent study. According to the study, three main hair and scalp concerns for Hijabistas today are dandruff, malodor and tangled hair.


To counter this issue, Rejoice proudly unveiled its new collection of Shampoo and Conditioner ‘Hijab Perfection Series’ that comes with a breakthrough 3-in-1 formula at a media event on May 3 where the science behind the new Rejoice formulas was shared along with interactive science demonstrations by Dr Rebecca Kan, P&G Asia Pacific Haircare Scientific Communications.
The new product solves
 1) Dandruff problem with extra clean anti-dandruff properties
2) Heat & Malodor with extra cooling from Menthol and refreshing smell of Kasturi flower
3) Tangled hair by ensuring extra smoothness that lasts all day and hence is the right haircare solution for Hijabistas.

With 20 food kioks available variety of food namely nasi hujan panas, lemang, nasi impit, ice cream, rendang, ketupat, kambing golek, satay and kuih muih. This year Rumah Terbuka Raya is special as the food served are from product Industri Kecil Serderhana (IKS) like Sanabil Roti Bom, Faihah Forzen and Beras Juara that is same age as MYDIN USJ.

It's a wonderful night where everyone get to enjoy, kids having fun to play the fireworks provided by MYDIN. It's a nonstop entertainment at the stage, there's performance and quiz plus dance performances.

Heavy rain caused drain flood to road USJ

First time in our live that we experienced drain flood to the road at nearby LRT USJ, as you know the construction area with many roadside dividers. Guess what? All the divider some of it floated to the middle of the road. My dear has to slowly drive through the road because of the drain water non stop coming out of the drain. It was heavy rain in the evening around 6.30pm.

We just had our dinner from F4 restaurant in USJ. We didn't know that going through that road towards the Giant USJ, MYDIN MALL and SUMMIT USJ MALL can be so challenging. I'm glad that flood water didn't get into my dear's car or his car's engine.

My son thought he saw chili in the water, he kept saying look aunt there's chili in the water. My sister-in-law told my dear to reverse the car but we have no where to go, we are in between the high rise water. The lorry in front of us is not moving due to traffic light, so we need to wait our turn.
