Yesterday, Sunway Property unveiled its campaign for the year, “Yours, 2020”, putting its purchasers at the front and centre of its operations. Everyone has got busy lifestyle I am glad I took time off to attend and visited their show units of Sunway GEOLake Townhouse and Condomium.

Sunway Berhad Property Division Managing Director Sarena Cheah said that purchasers can look forward to getting their dream home, at the right price, at strategic locations, coupled with the right financing support from the property developer this year.

 

Last year, Sunway Property surpassed its sales targets of RM 1.3 billion to reach RM 1.55 billion in sales.
Of the close to RM 3.5 billion worth of properties in gross development value (GDV) to be launched, RM 1.0 billion of the properties will be in Malaysia and RM 2.4 billion (70%) of the properties will be in Singapore. This is in line with its plans for geographical diversification.

Besides enhanced customer engagement and experience, improved service and an even more dynamic customer service portal, purchasers this year can look forward to fully-customised home packages that centres on well-being with personalised financing options.

“Sunway’s recurring income from our portfolio of invested properties currently strengthens our financial sustainability. Geographical diversification will further deepen sustainability for us,” Cheah said.

She added, “In line with our Master Community Developer brand promise, powered by our build-own-operate model, we will continue to invest in our integrated townships and developments to ensure growth for our communities with about RM 1.1 billion of investment properties currently being built”.

As of December 2019, Sunway Property has 3,362 acres in landbank with the gross development value of RM59 billion and a total development period of up to 15 years. Currently, strong unbilled sales stands at RM2.8 billion which provides for earnings visibility.

Sunday fever

How's you going to spend your Sunday? It's Sunday, my toddler watching Ice Age 3, the elephant with dinosaurs. He's having his milk and watching movie.

Yesterday night, there's rain and he caught the rain while get into the car. Next after dinner, he's not feeling well. He knows fever feeling and sort throat, night I drive him to clinic to see doctor. Doctor check and says his throat infection is bad since he said that he has sort throat.

Now he's resting, hope he gets well soon. Doctor said if third day still having fever, he will need get blood test.

Active toddler at home

Beware if you have toddler at home, mine is getting active. He knows to lock the door, so happen today when I'm away. My sister-in-law went out for collect the mail from mail box as going to rain soon. My toddler locked the door.

Looks like we will need to move the safety locks higher so that he's not able to reach. But he's clever, he would pull a chair to reach.

Just happened the other night, my door locked because my toddler pressed the button to lock. Lucky he wasn't inside the room, it took two hours for my dear to unlock my door. My door knob is almost broken but still we are using it, just need to beware of toddler around the house.

It's a nice movie to watch if you like to watch ghost movie/horror movie. But somehow I don't quite get it for some screens. The actress Maggie Siu is my favourite, I like her drama when I was younger. There's a drama series which is comedy she acted. I don't recall the name, but there's one gal with name eight sister in the drama series. The Yang family named mentioned in the drama series.

In this movie, she was raped and pregnant with the man who raped her, it happened in a night club or bar that she works as waitress. Her family is poor, she has a husband and a son. She's 4 months pregnant and unable to abortion because doctor told her it would be dangerous for her life.

The house in the movie is very unique, haven't seen such has with so many glass. It looks like almost a transparent house they are living in.

Wow looks like it is a long week for this week yeah? Everyone is on vacation or you still need to work? As you know being a mom, there's no break for us. Time flies I cannot believe that my boy going to be seven next year and he will be in primary school. Yeah time to get serious with studies and I hope the teacher is not too hard on him.

On the other hand, my 16 months old baby is super active. He can climb on chair or container even punishment is no good for him. He is not scare and he is bold enough to give you a big smile that he is walking up the stairs by himself. Cheeky boy is never tired but adult will be tired, my dad will surrender if he's like that. Anyway my dad's busy helping to care for my bro's twins.

Now it is quite peaceful as baby is sleeping in the sarong, we had the electric sarong so he sleeps longer. The electric sarong passed down from brother-in-law, his children used it before. I am sure you know that electric sarong cradle is not cheap, it would be at least two hundred and above.

Shopping bedsheets for loved one

Yesterday is my busy day because time to shop bedsheets for loved ones, yeah so many you can see above picture. I don't shop bedsheets often because I find them expensive, well I got affordable price yesterday. The single bedsheets of time2bed cost RM13.90, the queen bedsheets of time2bed cost RM19.90. Yeah each size I bought two sets!

OMG, look at the cute bedsheets I found, they are so cute and adorable! I know I need to grab one for my king size bed. This brand is not time2bed so you know it is more expensive, the King size bedsheets cost nearly RM60 usual price is RM330 plus. No kidding, I am happy that I have got one bedsheet for my bed.

This reminds me of Chinese Wedding, you can't find this affordable price other place! Chinese wedding bedsheet definitely worth to purchase, well I don't think this is only for Chinese Wedding if you love the design you can grab it.
