Anytime Fitness Launches AF Connect
Anytime Fitness launches a new digital platform, AF Connect. This domain features personalized
coaching that provides the best fitness, nutrition, and recovery guidance accessible any time,
anywhere. The newest digital platform launched this April 1.
AF Connect features curated workouts with global fitness brand, Les Mills, as well as blogs
and entries about keeping a fit and healthy lifestyle beyond the physical aspect. Users can also
expect a wide array of content, including healthy, easy-to-do recipes, exclusive perks and discounts
for active members, member testimonials, and other lifestyle content such as mental health,

7 good habits to adopt during this challenging period to stay healthy
Sharing with you 7 good habits I adopt during this challenging period to stay healthy.
1. Sleep early
It is important to have enough sleep to have a healthy body and mind. As we know children needs to get 9 hours of sleeps, as an adult 7 hours of sleep is good enough for me.
2. Breakfast is the King
Eat breakfast never go hungry with an empty stomach. Always have a balance diet eat more vegetable and fruits, beware of sugar content ingredients.

3. Think Positive
As we are staying home, we are not able to go back hometown. But we can video called our loved ones to communicate. Give them a call whenever we are free.
4. Keep myself busy
Follow up my children's online classes, homework, and house chores. I also take some time to update my social media. Even spending quality time with my children.
5. Read A Book
Time for doing things I love and enjoy reading book and there are so many things I find interesting on the book. Reading can gain knowledge.
6. Exercise regularly
It can be half an hour to an hour, during exercise can also listen to the music of Bio-Life Spotify Playlist. Listen Bio-Life Spotify playlist by scanning the card.
7. Write down to-do list
The grocery list that need to shop by the weekend or when need to go shop grocery. Checking on what what else needs to stock up as well.

Shopee, Malaysia’s number 1 e-commerce platform, concludes its most successful 9.9 Super Shopping Day. Powered by Shopee’s robust ecosystem, 9.9 Super Shopping Day delivered super entertainment and shopping deals for users and supercharged economic recovery for sellers and brand partners, with over 12 million items sold in the first hour on 9 September.

Back to school 15 July 2020

Social distancing to practice of course in the school, he shared the video of school for me to see that they are practice one way walking in and out of the school.
I am sure of how is the SOP of his little brother for primary school that's his turn to back to school on 22 July 2020. It's going to be same that we be providing him the hand sanitizer, wipes, and extra face mask to bring to school. He already know of the importance of social distancing. He got a personalized mask, but he will not be using that for schooling.
Besides back to school soon, it's maybe month of August that the boys got to go back to tuition centre as waiting the tuition centre to confirm and let us know about it. As for now they are both online tuition at home, I have problem with Ipad access to Google classroom so I didn't use that anymore. My laptop is 15 years old and has got a few times auto shut down by itself, my son is using it for attending online school class Google Meet. Ipad can us for Zoom meeting, for tuition and other online class school.
The month of July indeed a special month, it's also my hubby birthday. Some of my friends already started their plan on vacation in Malaysia and some of them already started visiting places in Malaysia. As for us, we just keep calm and stay home not planning for any vacation at the moment.

#High5forhandwashing Global Handwashing Day
Parents are important agents of behavior change in a child, hence it is important that parents demonstrate and reinforce this behavior at homes, because children learn by observing their elders. Being mom of two boys, I always teach my children to wash hands before meal.
In conjuction with the 10th Global Handwashing Day, Unilever Malaysia's leading health soap Lifebuoy is running its biggest celebration with its 'High5forhandwashing' campaign to encourage handwashing behavior globally. The campaign aims to celebrate clean hands, where members of public are encouraged a High-5 photo on their social media platforms to raise awareness amongst Malaysians about proper hand hygiene habits.
Lifebuoy is committed to teach this lifesaving habit good hygiene habit - handwashing with soap to five children for every picture uploaded on social media with the hashtag #High5forHandwashing. "Trough our High 5 for Handwashing programme, we are targeting to collect 200,000 High5s thereby committing to teach 1 million kids handwashing in 2018", said Vincent Chong, Marketing Director of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bdn. Lifebuoy has partnered with more than 140 celebrities and key opinion leaders globally to amplify the handwashing messages and more than 5,000 of Lifebuoy's employees visited schools to mentor children with proper handwashing habits. The campaign has also broken the Guinness World Records for High 5-ing.

Hygiene is important especially hands because hands are one of the most common mediums to spread germs from one person to another. Most hygiene related health problems are spread through a simple touch. Loving to braid my hairstyle, I have diy braided my hair. I tried a few styles and satisfied with this style.Not forgetting to care for my skin as few weeks not really having a good pamper time for my skin. Finally using the Innisfree super volcanic pore clay mask in the afternoon. Good 15 minutes of masking leaving my skin feeling good after washing away the mask.
That's not all there's mission for us for this Raya, to shop for shoes as my sandals has break. Even my dear need to shop for working shoes. Just the other day we bought sandal for Sean.
