Review: Veet Sensitive Touch

 

Last month I attended the Veet Sensitive Touch Workshop and I bring home this beauty gadget to use.
Being mom of two boys and I am in and out always for mom duties and also events during my free time. I know it's important for personal grooming. Here's a photo of me below as you can see my eyebrow didn't have any makeover. With this gadget in hand, I can show you it is easy to use.

To get start I use the one two-sided precision head for optimal eyebrow shaping, slowing pull one side of my eyebrow up to shape trim away the extra hair at the bottom of eyebrow.

I repeat the steps on the other side of my other side eyebrow. Practice makes perfect as at beginning I am scare of using it, but it will not cut my skin. It is safe to use, you can find this product display if you saw it displayed. I saw this product displayed at the Watsons, Subang Parade.

No more going for eyebrow trimming at beauty salons or beauty centers as I can do it myself. One time of eyebrow trimming at beauty salon would cost RM38. The beauty salon some of them would offer you a month of free eyebrow trimming at RM180. Why not just purchase this gadget yourself and do it yourself.

Easy steps and everyone can have a pair of beautiful eyebrows

Pink head tool is good for trimming the eyebrow, I like it as I don't have to use scissor to cut my brows. 

What I like about this gadget it has the one bikini trimming head, well I didn't use this on my bikini line but instead I used it on my underarms. It works well too, looks at the hair on the gadget.

Simple steps of using it, just choose the suitable head of the gadget to put on the tool. There's a brush that you can use to brush away the way. Remove the head either two-sided precision head or bikini trimming head from the tool and take it for wash. Then dry it with cloth that you have, I put on the a drop of baby oil on the blade. You'll find this info on the instruction paper included with the package.

Eau Thermale Avene Spring Water Spray Review

I am sure you know about the Avene skin care giveawy for this March Top Commentator. 

My son going to school and everyday his under sun, so he has got dark forehead. 

He used the Eau Thermale Avene Spring Water to spray his face, then I use a clean cotton to wipe his face especially his forehead. I check out the image above you can see the stained on the cotton. Now do you see the dirty cotton above image?

It is safe for children to use. 

I also keep one bottle in my bag for travel use. You never know when you need to a refreshing spray.

PierCarlo d'Alessio Watch review

Do you remember I bought this PCA wristwatch? It had a fall few days back, my son was trying to put on the watch on his wrist and the watch fell on the fall. Right away the glass on the watch fall out! The watch still can use but sad to say it is no longer with the glass, somehow I placed back the glass of the watch but the teacher in holiday classes saw the children playing the glass in class and told him to throw it away!

So the watch is frameless now, the watch without the glass frame! I have it hang in my room, I gave the son my watch to use.

If you are having this watch, better be careful with it, don't ever drop it!

Halls of Horror Movie Marathon@TGV Cinema

11 October is the night where we have a memorable night for the Halls of Horror Movie Marathon at TGV Cinema in Chill X, 1 Utama. First picture above is Mommy Jane and Me, second picture of Tammy the witch and Reggie with a knife on the head.

 

It is a memorable night for me, Jane and I have fun with the photo taking. Check out first photo of Jane and me.

 

I must say they have done a good job decorating the Chill X in 1 Utama. We feel comfortable and enjoy the food and drinks. I can never forget the yummy drink which taste like Oreo mint. Look at the hand in the soup, some friends were asking me whether it is a real hand. lol

 

We enjoy the movie the night and I am happy to watch the Insidious 1 and Insidious 2, if you haven't watch Insidious 1 do watch this so you can understand more about the movie for Insidious 2.

Review: Strawberry Milk Mask

 

I have wanted to use mask for long time, yeah few like I haven't use any for at least two weeks.

 

Above mask is Strawberry Milk Mask the purpose is whitening and smoothing. My skin feels good after using it. It is recommended for dull and tired skin.

 

How to use the mask?

After cleansing, unfold the mask, remove protective backing and pace it over the face for 20-30 minutes. Sadly I think I get only 15minutes because my toddler crying looking at me. lol

 

Every mask packaging has the direction of usage, you can refer to that.

 

On this back of this mask stated if there is discomfort and swelling after use, please stop and consult your dermatologist!

Do not use this product over a would or swelling; people with sensitive skin are recommended to perform patch test for sensitivity; any advert reaction, please stop using.

Review: Veet hair removal skin

It is my first time to use the Veet hair removal cream, so far I tried the Veet Easy Grip Ready to use wax strips.


I have got the Veet hair removal cream from the magazine I bought. Yeah it is a freebie with the Magazine. This is 25gms for normal skin type to use. I can't believe I used up one tube of 25gms on my legs. I apply directly to legs with the spatula.

I do feel itchiness on my legs while waiting the cream for 3 minutes. You can choose to leave it on for maximum of 6 minutes. The effectiveness of this cream to work is depends on the thickness of hair!

I can tell you the cream removes the hair nicely but I still feel itchiness after rinse my legs with water. Before I rinse my legs with water, I use baby wipes to wipe away the cream on my legs. Yeah just want to know how much hair they removed. :D

Hmm... didn't get chance to snap picture of it because legs was itchy!

I just finished taking the Kinohmitsu J'pan Beauty Drink *Collagen 2500mg*. The drink is tasty, no bitter taste! This is a starter pack for 6 days. It can be drink before breakfast or before bedtime. I usually take before bed time.

I can see the difference of my skin, acnes with big pimples reduce. :D

It depends how you like to take your drink, some people likes to take it chilled.

The last time I took Kinohmitsu Jpan Bustup Drink, it was three years back.

Watch The Dark Knight Rises with my son

Today is a wonderful day, I received two movie tickets to watch The Dark Kinght Rises. I choose to bring my son to watch this movie. I check the time the movie available to watch at 3.40pm at The Summit USJ. The movie at Hall 1 and GSC cinema is really cold for us. It is our second time to watch the movie together. Our first movie at GSC the summit USJ is The Amazing Spiderman.

The movie ticket for one person is rm7, I purchased one small pop corn rm4.30. The Hall 1 is not far away from the rest rooms. The Dark Knight Rises is a must watch movie if you like to watch Batman. I enjoy watching this movie from the start to the end, I thought Batman dies in the end but hey hero never dies right?

There is no Joker in this movie but there is a Bane the a new terrorist leader. He has a mask too but the mask is not covering his eyes but his mouth. Bane is strong he is good in fighting with Batman.

Lotion Mustajab Ginger Extract lotion review

I purchased this product sometimes ago and I am using it. This Lotion Mustaja Ginger Extract lotion it is for body massage, multi purpose lotion, suitable for postnatal woman, apply on abdomen, joints and muscles.

I applied it on area that I want to slim down. This is cooling effect for me, next time I will purchase the hot lotion as I don't know this giving me the cooling effect.

This product is not oily and easily absorbed, I can use it frequently. I like the smell of this product too, it is not unpleasant smell. :D

I purchased this product from Carrefour.

It is tube size of 130 ml.

This product not recommended for baby.

The Vanilla Place@Empire Shopping Gallery

The Vanilla Place is located at First Floor just opposite Toys R US, you can never miss this place. I purchased the online coupon online and I need to use the coupon by July. I decided to give them at call last Thursday and booking for Friday evening. We lucky they are table available for us, they are fully booking on Weekend.

Above picture you are looking at the Spaghetti Carbonara with turkey and mushroom. It is for my son to eat and below picture is the Spaghetti Seafoo Pesto for my sister-in-law, she loves it.

I have Grand Sandwich if not mistaken the name it is the only sandwich that comes with mashed potato in the menu. It is yummy and mouth watering for me, I couldn't finished all of it and decided to share with my dear.

The carrot cake is for my baby boy, other than this he also tried my mashed potato.

Lastly we are served with a scoop of ice cream for each of us except my baby boy who is too young to eat ice cream.

This delicious looking chocolate drink is delicious my son loves it, he doesn't like ice lemon tea. LOL

My dear had this spaghetti with salmon, it seems his spaghetti is lesser portion if you see above pictures. Anyway we enjoy our dinner at The Vanilla Place. I paid carrot cake and chocolate drink which is not listed in the coupon.
