My dad told me that the service of the bank he is using is bad. The cheque bounced even there is money in account! So he decided to open another bank account with another bank. The bank that he said bad is start with E*N.
With the other bank that he is using now, there is no problem at all. I will be mad too if the bank having a lousy service.
